The Pursuit
Straight through the portal of My heart- this is where pursuit of Yahweh starts
Into the throne room of the King ,with joy and gladness the angels sing
Singing of holy mysteries extolling His power and might
Shouting forth all of His victories
For He has won every fight
Dressed in robes of solid gold the King’s Princesses dance
All as the ancient scrolls have told, the warriors take up the lance
The banqueting hall is filled with glory, true splendor on every side
Tables laden as if from a story we gather some soar, some glide
Then a holy hush as Yahweh comes with wonder and glory untold
Hearts a beating as one yes everyone watches as the scroll unfolds
Our stories are there on every page, our destinies now revealed
We stand as the wisdom of a sage is granted and oh so many are healed
His blood has washed us head to toe
A Divine and Holy exchange
For now we can stand against our foe, tis God who has arranged
His plan, from out of the sands of time when we were birthed in Him
Released in this season of latter day wine
To bring honor to our King
Shrink not back but go now forth in simplicity truth and love
The Lion of Judah accompanies you with the gentleness of a Dove.
