As I was seeking the Lord for a word of encouragement, I had a vision. Someone is standing in front of a closed door, first knocking gently, then knocking harder, and eventually pounding on it. "You are in a season of frustration because you can't seem to get that door open," the Lord says.
"You feel stuck in your business, your life, and your relationships, and you're frustrated," the Lord says. "But will you trust Me and not lean on your own understanding?
There is a timing for when the door needs to open, and if it opens prematurely, your season will not be fulfilled."
What you can't see is that while you're pounding on this door, on the other side, God is moving things around, preparing things, and working.
Your prayers are causing all of these things to happen. "You may think it should be simple and just happen—whether you're waiting for a spouse or a business deal," the Lord says. "But there are things I'm removing because they wouldn't be right for you."
God is preparing your new season, so will you patiently wait? Understand that when you knocked, when you prayed, "I am going to open a door that no man can shut," says the Lord. That's a really good word, and I'm taking it for myself too. God bless you. Love you all.
